Sometimes we need to get out of the safe zone and step in the faith zone with God. If we don't reach our highest potential of what God wants for our lives, it should not be because we failed to ask for God's help.
The Scripture says, in Luke 12:32, "It is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." That means it puts a smile on God's face to give us the desires of our hearts.
Some of us need to quit asking small, weak and get-by-prayers of our Father. Little children don't ask such things of their parents. They ask for the whole truck-load. And when they ask, they expect us to say "OK!" with a smile on our face.
It's time to take the limits off of God and stop talking ourselves out of our dreams. Reach back into the hidden places of your mind and bring back those dreams that God gave you. They are still there! Feel the passion, as you use to feel when you were a child, knowing that your Father is simply waiting for you to ask.
Oh, by the way, don't worry about asking God for something He may not want you to ask. That never stopped a child - and it shouldn't stop us. God knows our hearts. Dare to BELIEVE!
